Still no EFT.
I did call the bank again and they are able to verify that there is or is not a transfer pending from The Egg Donor’s account to ours.
I was, of course, shocked to hear that there was NOT a pending transfer (can you feel the sarcasm just *dripping* off of that statement?).
I wonder how she thinks that will look when next week’s hearing rolls around? Not so good, methinks.
Methinks not so much either.

Look at it this way. At some point, you’re going to have to contain your laughter in an official setting when she launches this excuse.
Has she used “power outage” yet? Maybe a squirrel chomped on her phone line so much that she couldn’t use a phone or her internet.

But it will be interesting to find out what her excuses are this time.

That is just very sad… I am not surprised, but still find it very sad.. I am kinda curious as what the reason will be behind you guys not getting the money, besides probably that she “never agreed to send it via EFT”
I agree with Chelly…by now I am sure she has fired the her attorney, which I am sure she never actually paid, and will state that she did not agree to sent it EFT.
Maybe payment will show up at the same time as your economic stimulus check, oh wait that is delayed now too.
Again, I’m just shaking my head…..
